2. What the Extension Actually Does

The extension only reads the domain name of the active browser tab (e.g., example.com) to check whether a company profile exists on Tajrobe.wiki.

• This domain check is performed locally in your browser.
• If a match is found, the extension queries the public Tajrobe.wiki API to retrieve company details.
• These results are shown in the popup window of the extension only.

3. Use of Permissions

• storage: Used only to cache the lookup result (status + profile data) per tab.
• tabs: Required to detect the currently active tab and extract its domain name.
• webNavigation: Used to detect when a tab navigates to a new URL and trigger a fresh lookup.
• host_permissions: Needed to connect securely to https://tajrobe.wiki/api/* to fetch company information.

4. Data Sharing

No user data is ever sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. The only network requests made by the extension are to the Tajrobe.wiki public API.

5. Data Retention

Cached profile information is stored temporarily in your local browser storage and is automatically cleared when you close the tab or the browser. No information is sent or stored outside your device.
